- Utilise Thistle Multi-Finish (a gypsum finish plaster), which provides a smooth, inert, high quality surface to internal walls and ceilings, as well as acting as a durable base for the application of decorative finishes.
- Utilise Ecorent – a through coloured render system. This guards building from extreme UK weather conditions throughout the year – have been scientifically developed and rigorously tested to the most exacting standards.
- Feature Oak internal doors, throughout the properties as a standard.
